Create backup job

In the last step of setting up your new Shopware server, the Plesk-based backup function should be activated.

Advantages of the local Plesk backup:

• Automatic backup at short intervals (e.g. hourly)
• Restoration of individual elements (e.g. only one database)

Differences between the Plesk backup variants

Server backup

With the server backup, all subscriptions and websites of a server are backed up.

Subscription backup

The subscription backup only creates a backup for a selected subscription.
