Web console
For all creoline servers, a native web console (noVNC) is available via the customer center for remote administration regardless of the installed server operating system.
Call up web console
Log in to our customer center at account.creoline.com with your access data and navigate to the Server menu item and select the desired server. In the server overview, you can then use the Web Console via the button of the same name:
Depending on the operating system, the corresponding login screen will then be displayed and you can log in.
Due to the technology used, it is currently not possible to use the clipboard.
Firewall configuration
No configuration of the cloud firewall is required for the web console. The network connection required to display the console is secured via an internal server using SSL and is only available for your customer center session. Once the web console has been closed, the VNC session is also closed automatically.
