Marketplace

With our Marketplace, you can configure your hosting project regardless of whether you already have a creoline customer account. To start a new project, you can either access the pre-configured products at creoline.com or get started using one of our Marketplace apps.

Create a Project

Go to marketplace.creoline.com and select “Create New Project” or choose a pre-installation from the list of suggestions.

Add a Server

Navigate to the project you created earlier and select “Add Server.” In the pop-up window that appears, you can select the name, the pre-installation, and the hardware configuration.

Configure a Server

To customize a server for an existing project, first navigate to the corresponding project.

Select the “Configure” button to make adjustments to the server. You can make all necessary adjustments using the Pre-installation, General Settings, and Advanced Settings tabs.

Create a Quote

If you have finished configuring your project and need a quote before placing an order, you can create one directly as a PDF document with just a few clicks.

To do this, navigate to the project overview and select More → Create Quote.

In the following window, you can fill in all the required information for the quote. You’ll receive the quote via email within a few seconds.

Please note that the quote may not reflect the tax rates applicable in your country. If you need a quote using the reverse-charge procedure, please create a creoline customer account before requesting the quote and enter your VAT ID in your organization’s billing address.

14-Day Free Trial

We offer a free 14-day trial period for all our server solutions, during which you can test our servers without any restrictions*. No credit card or other payment information is required to sign up for the trial period.

How It Works

Create a server in the Marketplace project
Select the “Try for Free” button
Complete the order
Test the server
After the 14-day trial period ends, the server will automatically be converted to a paid subscription.

Adjustments During the Trial Period

During the trial period, you can make adjustments to the hardware profile (V-CPU, RAM, and hard drive) at no cost. These adjustments will affect the future price of the server. You will receive a transparent preview of the contract changes before they are finalized.

Limitations

*For certain server pre-installations, the associated software is only available on a limited basis during the trial period due to licensing restrictions. You can find more information about the specific pre-installation you’ve selected in the Marketplace project under General Settings.

You can enter into up to three concurrent trial contracts. After that, the “Try for Free” option will be hidden in the Marketplace project. If you wish to start more than three trial periods simultaneously, you must cancel an existing trial period. You can then start a new trial period.

Canceling a Server During the Trial Period

If our server solutions do not meet your expectations, you can end the trial at any time during the free trial period without notice.
