Cancel a Contract
To cancel a contract, first log in to the Customer Center at account.creoline.com using your login credentials. Then navigate to the “Contracts” menu item in the left-hand navigation bar and select the contract you wish to cancel.
Cancel the Entire Contract
You can initiate the cancellation by clicking the Cancel Contract button.
Cancel Individual Items
In addition to canceling the entire contract, you can also cancel specific contract items. Select the relevant contract and click the Cancel Individual Items button.
In the pop-up window, you can select the specific items you wish to cancel. Please note that not all items can be canceled individually if there are dependencies between different contract items.
Once the cancellation has been flagged, you will receive a cancellation confirmation via email specifying the termination date.
If you do not have access to the Customer Center, you can reset your password or cancel the contract in writing by email to buchhaltung@creoline.de or by fax to +49 (0) 2507 900 80 - 09.
Revoke a Cancellation Request
If you wish to revoke an existing cancellation request, you can do so up to 15 minutes before the cancellation is actually processed.
To do so, select the “Revoke Cancellation Request” button to revoke a cancellation that has already been submitted but not yet processed. Revoking the cancellation request automatically renews the associated contract.
Please note that revoking the notice of termination will reinstate any applicable notice periods.
