Removal service
Foreword
We offer new and existing customers a free* relocation service to our servers. To order the relocation service, simply select the Relocation service option during the order process. If you would like to use the relocation service for an existing creoline server, please contact our support team via our live chat or via our ticket system.
Covered components
In our relocation service, the following components are completely relocated to us:
- Folders and files
- MySQL / MSSQL / SQL databases
- Commercial SSL certificates
- IMAP and POP3 e-mail mailboxes
- Web server settings
- Cronjobs
- Systemd services (e.g. Shopware Message Queue Consumer)
Prerequisites
- SSH, SFTP or FTP access to the source application
- Free disk space on the source server
- Access to the DNS management of the associated DNS zones
- creoline server in the "Managed" support level
Procedure
- commissioning of the relocation service (via order or our support)
- coordination of the associated components
- coordination of dates
- execution of the move
- final inspection
After commissioning the migration service, you will receive a form from us in which you can tell us which components are to be migrated to the creoline server. We will then check whether all components can be migrated without any problems and agree a date with you for the actual move.
Please note that temporary access data to the respective services may be required, depending on the component. These will be requested by our support before the move and will be completely deleted after the successful move.
During the move, all passwords for server services will be replaced with new passwords for security reasons. The new passwords will be stored directly in the password vault of the corresponding server by our support team.
Date coordination
To ensure a smooth and fast removal, we will arrange a removal date with a lead time of 48 hours. We can also carry out the move outside our business hours by prior arrangement. For removals outside our business hours, we charge a one-off flat rate of € 60.00 plus VAT.
