Email Accounts

You can manage email accounts in just a few steps using the Plesk Control Panel. To do so, log in to our Customer Center at account.creoline.com and complete a Log in to the Plesk Control Panel.

Create an Email Account

Navigate to the subscription for which you want to create an email account and select the Email → Email Accounts tab.

Use the Create Email Address button to create a new mailbox.

Fill in the required fields Email Address and Password, then click OK to save the changes.

Set Up Forwarding

Navigate to the subscription for which you want to set up forwarding, and select the Email → Email Accounts tab.

Then click on the email address for which you want to set up forwarding and select the Forwarding tab.

Enable forwarding by checking the Enable Email Forwarding box, then enter an email address in the text field to which incoming emails should be forwarded.

If you want to set up multiple forwarding destinations, use one email address per line.

You can then save the changes by clicking the OK button.

Adjust Mailbox Size

To allocate more or less storage space to a mailbox, you can increase or limit the maximum size of the mailbox in the mailbox settings.

Please note that there is no software-based limitation when defining the maximum available storage space. For this reason, you must verify that enough disk space is available on the hard drive.

Automatic Reply / Out-of-Office Message / Vacation

Using the Automatic Reply tab, you can set up a server-side out-of-office message.

Check the “Enable Automatic Reply” checkbox and then enter the desired text in the “Automatic Reply Message Text” text field.

Using the “Disable automatic reply on” option, you can automatically deactivate the out-of-office message on a specific date.

Wildcard / Catch-All Email Address

You can configure the behavior for non-existent users via a domain’s email settings. With this setting, you can automatically forward emails that cannot be assigned to a specific user to another mailbox.

This setting requires that the email service be enabled on the desired domain.

Navigate to the Email Settings menu item and select the Forward to Address option. Then enter the desired destination email address in the input field.

Forwarding only works if the mailbox for the respective domain has not been created using either an email address or an email alias.
