Setting Up Plesk Single Sign-On
Using the Plesk SSO (Single Sign-On) feature, you can establish an administrator or user session for your Plesk Control Panel directly from the Customer Center. This eliminates the need for manual authentication via the Plesk login interface, allowing you to centrally manage multiple Plesk servers through the Customer Center.
Prerequisites
- Access to the creoline Customer Center
- Permissions to manage server control panels
- A control panel registered in the “Control Panels” tab
- An active dynamic firewall rule named “Plesk Single Sign-On”
Enable the Feature
In the Customer Center, navigate to the Control Panels tab and add a new control panel using the Add Control Panel button.
In the following window, please enter the login credentials for your control panel.

Only a user with API permissions can be used for automated Control Panel login. This includes the “root” and “admin” users, as well as all additional administrator accounts.
Select the “Show in Server Overview” option if you want to use this control panel as the default control panel. Please note that only one account can be used at a time. If another control panel is already active in the server overview, it will be automatically deactivated when this option is enabled.
Add a Firewall Rule
In order for the Plesk SSO connection to be established, it is necessary to be able to connect to the Control Panel API. This connection is first initialized via our servers and then passed on to your browser. For this reason, our servers must be able to access the Control Panel API.
Navigate to the “Firewall” tab and select the Add Dynamic Rule button.
Select the “Plesk Single-Sign-On” group and save the new rule. Plesk SSO sessions can then be established directly through the Customer Center.
Also, make sure that the firewall allows an incoming TCP connection to the control panel port from your IP address so that the session can be fully established.
