Product configurator

With our product configurator, you can configure your hosting project regardless of whether you already have a creoline customer account. To start a new project, you can either retrieve the prepared products via creoline.com or start based on one of our marketplace apps.

Create project

Navigate to the project.creoline.com page and select "Create new project" or a pre-installation from the list of suggestions.

Add server

Navigate to the previously created project and select "Add server". In the following pop-up window, you can select the name, the pre-installation and the hardware equipment.

Configure server

To customize a server for an existing project, first navigate to the corresponding project.

Select the "Configure" button to make adjustments to the server. You can make all the necessary adjustments via the Pre-installation, General settings and Advanced settings tabs.

Create offer

If you have finished configuring your project and need a quote before ordering, you can create this directly as a PDF document with just a few clicks.

To do this, navigate to the project overview and select More → Create quote.

In the following pop-up window you can fill in all the necessary information for the offer. You will receive the offer by e-mail after a few seconds.

Please note that the offer may not take into account the tax rates applicable in your country. If you require a quotation using the reverse charge procedure, please create a creoline customer account before creating a quotation and enter your VAT ID in the billing address of your organization.

14 days free trial

For all our server solutions, we provide a free trial period of 14 days during which you can test our servers without restrictions*. No credit card or other payment information is required to order the trial period.

How it works

Create server in the product configurator
Select the "Free trial" button
Complete the order
Test the server
At the end of the 14-day trial period, the server is automatically converted into a paid contract.

Customizations within the test period

During the trial period, adjustments can be made to the hardware profile (V-CPU & memory and hard disk) free of charge. The adjustments made will change the future price of the server. You will receive a transparent preview of the contract adjustment before the final execution.

Limitations

*For certain server pre-installations, the associated software is only available to a limited extent during the trial period due to license terms. More information for the respective selected pre-installation can be found in the product configurator in the General settings section.

You can conclude up to three parallel trial contracts. The "Free trial" option will then be hidden in the product configurator. If you wish to start more than three parallel trial periods, cancel an existing trial period. You can then start a new test phase.

Cancel server within the test period

If you are not convinced by our server solutions, you can end the test at any time during the free trial period without notice.
