Connect Shopware 6 with JTL-Wawi

In this article, we explain how you can connect your Shopware 6 store to your JTL Wawi.

Create integration in Shopware
First log in to your Shopware administration and create a new Integration in the settings.
We recommend that you save the security key and the access ID securely.
The next step is to use this data to configure the JTL SaaS Connector in the JTL Customer Center so that you can link Shopware with your JTL Wawi in the final step.

Once you have successfully set up the connector and it is available (changes to the settings take up to 5 minutes to become active), you will be shown the connection data that you need to set up in JTL-Wawi.
Create sales channel in JTL-Wawi
First connect to your JTL-Wawi server via Remote Desktop and start JTL-Wawi.
Log in to JTL-Wawi with a user and select Platforms → Sales channels in the navigation bar.
Create a new sales channel with the Create button and in the next step select Third party store - JTL-Connector as the sales channel and confirm the selection with Add.
In the next step, fill in the information for the connection and select all the options you require. It is mandatory to enter a license key in this step.
Also select which data is to be synchronized.
Then switch to the Connection tab and enter the following information here:
- Onlineshop URL:
JTL connector token:
You can find the required data in the JTL SaaS Connector settings in the JTL Customer Center.
Test the connection using the button Test connection If all connection data has been entered correctly, a corresponding confirmation will be displayed.
Before saving, select all the desired settings under Assignments, synchronization settings or Function settings and confirm the setup by clicking the Save button.
To then carry out a reconciliation, select the Platforms tile in JTL-Wawi and then Start reconciliation.
Next, select JTL Connector to start the synchronization. The progress of the synchronization and all other associated messages will then be displayed in an additional window.
Please note that data will only be synchronized if there have been actual changes to the categories, products, etc.
