Connect JTL Shop 5 with JTL-Wawi

Foreword

In this article we explain how you can connect your JTL Shop 5 with your JTL Wawi.

Prerequisites

• JTL Wawi server
• JTL Shop 5

Create sales channel in JTL-Wawi

First connect to your JTL-Wawi server via Remote Desktop and start JTL-Wawi.

Log in to JTL-Wawi with a user and select Platforms → Sales channels in the navigation bar.

Create a new sales channel with the Create button and select Onlineshop - JTL-Shop as the sales channel in the next step and confirm the selection with Add.

In the next step, fill in the information about the connection and select all the options you require. It is mandatory to enter a license key in this step.

Then switch to the Webserver tab and enter the following information here:

• JTL-Shop-URL: e.g. https://XXXXX.creoline.cloud Sync username: Sync password:

Carry out a connection test. If the specified license key and the connection information are correct, you will receive a corresponding confirmation and can save the specified sales channel.

To then perform a synchronization, select the Platforms tile in JTL-Wawi and then Start synchronization.

Next, select JTL Shop to start the synchronization. The progress of the synchronization and all other associated messages will then be displayed in an additional window.

Please note that data will only be synchronized if there have been actual changes to the categories, products, etc.
