Change Email Address in the Customer Center

To change the email address you use to log in to the creoline Customer Center, first log in to our Customer Center at account.creoline.com using your login credentials. Then click on your name in the upper right corner and select My Account → Security → Login Information.

You can then enter a new email address by clicking the Change button.

Enter the new email address you want to use and select an appropriate authentication method to confirm the request.

Once the change request has been confirmed via your authentication method, you will immediately receive a confirmation email at your new email address.

Please note that the email address change is not fully complete until the new email address has been confirmed.
