Change customer center e-mail address

To change the email address you use to log in to the creoline Customer Center, first log in to our Customer Center at account.creoline.com with your access data. Then click on your name in the top right-hand corner and select My account → Security → Access data.

You can then assign a new e-mail address using the Change button.

Enter the desired new e-mail address and select a suitable authentication method to confirm the order.

As soon as the change request has been confirmed by your authentication method, you will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail to your new e-mail address.

Please note that the change of e-mail address is only complete once the new e-mail address has been confirmed.
