Set Your Preferred Form of Address

You can use the "Preferred Form of Address" setting to specify whether you would like to be addressed formally or informally when communicating with us.

Set Your Preferred Form of Address

To adjust the form of address, go to “My Account.”

In the Name section, click the Change button to open the form of address settings.

In the Salutation Format setting, select either “Formal” or “Informal.” Then save your changes by clicking the Save Changes button.
