Close user account

If you wish to close your creoline user account, you can do this directly via our Customer Center. Please note that this action is irrevocable and the user account cannot be reactivated at a later date.

Requirements

• Not a member of an organization

Close user account

In the Customer Center, navigate to My account → Master data and select the menu item Close user account.
