Authentication Methods
The creoline Customer Center (https://account.creoline.com) offers various authentication methods for logging in.
Logging In with an Email Address and Password
Standard login using an email address and password is always available. This authentication method can also be secured with an OTP (one-time password) process.
Passkeys
As an alternative to traditional login, Passkey authentication can be enabled. Using Passkeys completely eliminates the need to enter your email address, password, and—optionally—the OTP token.
You can store up to 5 different passkeys in your creoline user account. To do this, navigate to My Account → Security → Login and select the Add Passkey button in the Passkeys section.
Logging in via passkeys is only available if your browser supports the passkey authentication method.
