Authentication Methods
The creoline Customer Center (https://account.creoline.com) offers various security policies and authentication methods for logging in and protecting personal data.
Logging In with an Email Address and Password
Standard login via email address and password is always available. This authentication method can also be protected with an OTP (one-time password) procedure.
Login with Passkey
As an alternative to traditional login, passkey authentication can be enabled. Using passkeys completely eliminates the need to enter an email address, password, and—optionally—an OTP token.
You can store up to 5 different passkeys in your creoline user account. To do this, navigate to My Account → Security → Login and select the Add Passkey button in the Passkeys section.
Logging in via passkeys is only available if your browser supports the passkey authentication method.
