Contract Transfer

Using the contract transfer feature, you can migrate one or more contracts to a new customer account. This requires the signature of an authorized signatory from both your organization and the future organization.

Initiating a Contract Transfer

Please download the contract transfer form:

Then fill out all the information and have the form additionally signed by an authorized representative from the future organization. Afterward, create a new support ticket from the current organization and upload the signed document.

We will then review and process the contract transfer.
