Contract takeover

You can use contract transfer to migrate one or more contracts to a new customer account. This requires the signature of an authorized signatory from your organization as well as from the future organization.

Initiate contract transfer

Please download the contract transfer form:

Then fill in all the information and have the form signed by an authorized person from the future organization. Then create a new support ticket from the previous organization and upload the signed document.

We will then check and execute the contract transfer.
