Authentication procedure

Various authentication methods are available for logging in to the creoline Customer Center (https://account.creoline.com).

Login via e-mail address and password

Regular login via e-mail address and password is always available. This authentication method can also be protected with an OTP procedure (one-time password).

Passkeys

Passkey authentication can be activated as an alternative to traditional login. The use of passkeys completely eliminates the need to enter the e-mail address and password and optionally the OTP token.

You can store up to 5 different passkeys in your creoline user account. To do this, navigate to My account → Security → Login and select the Add passkey button in the Passkeys section.
