Plesk Single Sign On aborts unexpectedly

If the login via Plesk does not work properly, you can check the following steps to restore the Single Sign On (SSO).


Check password

Navigate to the Control Panels tab and check whether the correct password has been stored by performing a normal login via the Plesk web interface with this password.


Session idle time

In order for the single sign-on to be carried out via our customer center, the change of IP address must be permitted.



Select under Tools & Settings → Session idle time.



Then activate the option Allow IP address changes during a single session.
