E-mail sender configuration
Problems often arise with the e-mail configuration of Shopware 6. In principle, a distinction is made between two different sender e-mail addresses in e-mail traffic:

Configuration of the envelope e-mail address
The configuration of the envelope e-mail address is configured in Shopware via Settings → Shop → Master data.
In the "Shop operator e-mail address" field, enter the technical sender address that you would like to use for sending e-mails. Then save the changes using the Save button.
Configuration of the header e-mail address
The configuration of the header e-mail address is configured in Shopware via Settings → System → Mailer. In addition to the basic SMTP server configuration, you can also enter the Sender address here.
Please note that the sender address is displayed in your customers' e-mail programs. The e-mail address should therefore be able to receive e-mails if one of your customers clicks on the "Reply" function.
