Emergency Support
Outages are billed at a flat rate regardless of our business hours, followed by a charge for Remote-Hands support at a rate of €30.00 per 15-minute increment or part thereof.

*For all types of issues, we charge a one-time flat fee per issue. If resolving the issue requires an adjustment or technical analysis of the associated server services, Remote Hands.
If the issue is a moderate or major disruption not caused by the customer, as defined in our Service Level Agreement, we will waive the emergency support fee entirely.
