Create organization as a partner


This help center article requires an active creoline partner account. If you do not yet have a partner account, please contact us at partner@creoline.com.


Create organization

Navigate in the left navigation to the menu item Partner program → Organizations.


Then select the Create organization button to create a new organization for your customer.



Two different partner modes are available for the new organization in the following dialog box.


Affiliate mode

Select this mode to use your existing user account as a contractual partner. All contracts concluded via this account are automatically billed using the currently applicable affiliate commission. You can change the owner at any time, for example to transfer the account to your customer.


Reseller mode

Select this mode if you have agreed special conditions with us and invoice the resulting products directly to the customer.


Please note that you cannot invite members to the organization in reseller mode. Support requests from your customers must be processed via you in this mode. We cannot offer your customers direct support in this mode.


For the associated organizations that you create as a reseller, the following information is inherited by the sub-organizations:

  • Billing address
  • Payment methods
  • E-mail addresses (standard, technical and accounting)
  • Domain contacts


Ideally suited if you act as a reseller and charge our hosting solutions directly to the customer.

Once the organization has been successfully created, you can view and manage it immediately via the Partner program → Organizations tab.



Requirements for affiliate commissions

Please note that the affiliate commission will only be allocated if the sub-organization is a referred organization that was either created via the partner account or the organization was created via the referral link. Sub-organizations that are subsequently linked via the third-party provider authorization do not receive an affiliate commission.


When do I receive an affiliate commission?

  • Organizations created directly via the partner account
  • Organizations created via the referral link



Automatic affiliate mode for registration via Marketplace project

You can prepare a Marketplace project for new customers of our partners and send them the link to it so that they are automatically assigned to your partner organization in affiliate mode when they register.


Registration has no influence on the automatic assignment of the affiliate mode for the resulting organization. The assignment only takes place when the order is completed via the registered user account that was previously created.


Prepare Marketplace project

Open our Marketplace and create a project with the required server(s).



Then configure the server according to your customer's requirements or add further servers to the project.


You can also make settings via the Project overviewMoreSettings to specify the project name or a user-defined URL for the project.



Next, navigate to the project view, where you can see the list of all servers.



Copy the URL from the URL line of your browser and send the link to your customer.

Registration from Marketplace project

To register with us as a customer, you have two options from within the project of one of our partners.


Test free of charge

When you select the Test for free button with a black background, you will receive the following modal, which you can use to create a user account directly with an organization (the company name):



Regular registration

Regular registration can be started via the blue Login button at the top right of the project.


From the registration form, you can access the registration form via the grayed-out text Create user account to complete the registration.
