Email security

We attach great importance to the authenticity of emails and therefore use additional mechanisms to protect against forged emails in addition to the usual security features such as SPF, DKIM and DMARC. In this article you will find security features and associated certificate information from our emails.

All e-mails from creoline GmbH may contain confidential and/or legally protected data or information. Only the person(s) named is/are authorized to receive them. If you have received an e-mail in error, please notify us immediately by e-mail to privacy@creoline.com and destroy the e-mail in question. Unauthorized copying and unauthorized forwarding of e-mails is not permitted. creoline GmbH accepts no liability for any damage arising from publications resulting from unauthorized forwarding to third parties.

Digital signature

All creoline GmbH emails are digitally signed using the DKIM process.

S/MIME

E-mails from the creoline customer center, help center, feedback portal, download portal or live chat are additionally signed with an S/MIME certificate.

All e-mails from creoline.com also contain an associated Verified Mark Certificate in accordance with the BIMI standard.
