Adjust billing address for an existing invoice

This article refers to the adjustment of the billing address of an existing invoice. If you would like to change the billing address for future invoices, please refer to the article: Change master data.


Customize billing address

You can change the billing address for invoices already issued within 60 days of issue via our Customer Center.


To do this, log in to the Customer Center at account.creoline.com with your access data and navigate to My organization → Invoices via the left sidebar. Select the invoice for which you want to change the billing address and click on Change billing address.



You can then correct the billing address:



Please note that it is not possible to change the VAT identification number.


After you have saved the changes, you will automatically receive an e-mail with the corrected invoice. Alternatively, you can also export the new version of the invoice directly via the Download invoice button.



Download specific version of an invoice

If you would like to download an original version of an invoice, use the arrow next to the Download invoice button.



In the drop-down menu you can download all versions individually to your computer.
