Manage Organizations
In this article, you'll learn how to create and manage new organizations. For general information about the structure of organizations and users, see here.
Create an Organization
First, log in to the Customer Center at account.creoline.com and navigate to the menu item My Account → Organizations.
You can create a new organization by clicking the Create Organization button.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Organization Name | The organization’s name is displayed to all members of the organization. |
| Company | The name of the billing recipient, including legal form |
| Address Line 1 | First address line in the letterhead |
| Address Line 2 | Second address line in the letterhead |
| ZIP Code | ZIP code in the letterhead |
| City | City in the letterhead |
| Country | Country for the letterhead |
By creating the organization, you automatically become the initial legal owner of the new organization. The legal owner can be changed later via the organization’s settings.
Owner of an Organization
The owner of the organization must always be the user account of the beneficial owner for legal entities or the owner for individuals.
Regardless of the available “Rights & Roles” concept, the owner’s user account is the only one authorized to designate a new owner for the organization. Additionally, no other administrator can revoke the owner’s rights via role management.
