General Information

Introduction

Using the organization management feature in the creoline Customer Center, customers can be divided into organizations and users. This allows a user to be a member of multiple organizations, making it possible to map a wide variety of corporate hierarchies.

Using the Permissions and Roles Management feature, each user in an organization can be assigned different permissions based on their roles. You can find more information about user roles here.

Scenario 1: Managing Multiple Companies

As the owner or managing director of multiple organizations, you can manage all companies through a single user account by creating additional organizations via the My Account → Organizations tab. Organizations created using this method automatically use your user account as the legal owner of the organization.

Once the organization has been created, you can invite your employees to join it via the organization’s settings. The permissions and roles system can be used to grant different employees access to specific sections of the customer center.

Scenario 2: New Organization as a Member of an Existing Organization

If you are already a member of an existing organization, you can create additional organizations via the My Account → Organizations tab. Restricted permissions from the existing organization apply exclusively to the assignment within that organization. If you create a new organization, you will automatically receive all owner permissions for the previously created organization.

Permissions granted via the organization apply exclusively to that organization. A user can be both an owner and a member of two different organizations at the same time.
