Contract for commissioned data processing

You have the option of concluding a contract for order data processing (AV contract) via our customer center.

Conclude an AV contract

In the Customer Center, navigate to the menu item Organizations → Your organization → Master data. The Conclude AV contract button appears below the invoice settings.

Fill out the form completely and select the type of data stored and the group of data subjects. (multiple selection possible).

Sign contract digitally

Once you have prepared the contract for commissioned data processing, you can sign it digitally and then download it.

Download AV contract

Once you have successfully signed the contract, you can download it for your records.
