Register a Domain
To register a new domain, you must first check the domain's availability. To do this, log in to the Customer Center at account.creoline.com using your login credentials.
After successfully logging in to the Customer Center, select the menu item Domains → Register in the sidebar.
To check the availability of your desired domain, enter the domain in the input field and confirm your entry by clicking the Check Availability button.
In addition to your exact search result, you can also view the availability of similar domains. You can view a complete price list for all domain extensions under the Price List menu item.
Registering an Available Domain
After checking availability, click the Register button.
Transferring an Existing Domain
If you are the owner of the desired domain, you can transfer the domain to creoline by clicking the Transfer button.
To register a new domain or transfer an existing domain, you must create a domain contact, who will be listed as the legal owner (Owner-C) of the domain.
If your current provider will only provide the auth code upon receipt of a written cancellation notice or a transfer request, you can find a pre-filled form here:

When transferring existing domains, please make sure to create and configure the corresponding DNS zone before proceeding with the transfer. To easily transfer all entries, you can use the DNS Zone Import & Export feature: https://help.creoline.com/en/doc/import-export-qqFF9Ro3Ur
