SMTP Server Login Credentials for Sendeconnectors

Please note that the login credentials described in this article are exclusively intended for the creoline Email Protection send connectors. Instructions for setting up Email Protection can be found here.


Use the following SMTP credentials to set up a smart host:


Server for Outgoing Emails


Newsletter Setup
Server: basic.mail.creoline.com
Username: ihr-benutzername@basic.mail.creoline.com
Password: Displayed in the Customer Center
SSL/TLS Port: 465
STARTTLS port: 587


Newsletter-Enterprise
Server: enterprise.mail.creoline.com
Username: ihr-benutzername@enterprise.mail.creoline.com
Password: Displayed in the Customer Center
SSL/TLS Port: 465
STARTTLS Port: 587
