Email archiving - Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your access data for e-mail archiving, you can reset it directly via the e-mail archiving web interface.
This article describes how to reset your password for creoline e-mail archiving. If you have forgotten the password for the primary customer center, you will find step-by-step instructions here.
\nTo do this, call up the address archive.creoline.com in your Internet browser.

\nThen click on the link "Forgot your password?" to receive a new password for your archive user account.
\n
\nEnter the e-mail address you use to log in to e-mail archiving in the form and confirm your action with the computer check.
\n
\nIf your account could be found, you will then receive an e-mail with further steps to reset your password.
