Email Archiving - Forgot Your Password

If you have forgotten your login credentials for email archiving, you can reset them directly through the email archiving web interface.

This article explains how to reset your password for creoline Email Archiving. If you have forgotten the password for the primary Customer Center, you can find step-by-step instructions here.

To do this, enter the address archive.creoline.com in your web browser.

Then click the “Forgot your password?” link to receive a new password for your archive user account.

Enter the email address you use to log in to the email archive into the form and confirm your action by completing the CAPTCHA.

If your account is found, you will then receive an email with further instructions on how to reset your password.
