Email Archiving - Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your login credentials for email archiving, you can reset them directly through the email archiving web interface.
This article explains how to reset your password for creoline Email Archiving. If you have forgotten the password for the primary Customer Center, you can find step-by-step instructions here.
\nTo do this, enter the address archive.creoline.com in your web browser.

\nThen click the “Forgot your password?” link to receive a new password for your archive user account.
\n
\nEnter the email address you use to log in to the email archive into the form and confirm your action by completing the CAPTCHA.

\nIf your account is found, you will then receive an email with further steps to reset your password.
