Sendeconnector Rate Limit
Different limits are available for outgoing emails sent via the Sendeconnector infrastructure.
Sendeconnector Basic
Sendeconnector supports up to 20 authorized domains.

Error Message
If the rate limit is exceeded, the following error occurs:
554 5.7.1 Recipient address rejected: Rate limit exceeded - More information at https://go.creoline.de/kb/61521Please note that emails that exceed the maximum rate limit are not automatically added to the outgoing email queue. Emails rejected with the code 5.7.1 must be resubmitted once the rate limit has been fallen below again.
Measurement Details
The rate limit is measured based on relative time. Therefore, for each send attempt, the respective intervals are considered relative to that send attempt. Please note that the daily rate limits are not automatically reset at 12:00 a.m., but are evaluated relative to the past 24 hours.
