CDN Plugin License – Version 1.0

1. Subject Matter and Right of Use

This license applies to the CDN plugin, including its program code and accompanying documentation.

Any person who lawfully obtains the plugin is granted a simple, non-exclusive right to install, run, copy, and modify the plugin, and to integrate it with their own applications or services. If a term of use has been agreed upon for the plugin, these rights apply only for the duration of that term.

2. Commercial Use

The plugin may be used for both personal and business purposes. In particular, it is permitted to use the plugin in the operation of a commercial offering and to generate revenue from such an offering.

Service providers may also install, configure, modify, and maintain the plugin on behalf of a person authorized to use it. This does not grant the service provider any right to distribute copies of the plugin to other customers.

3. Modification and Distribution Free of Charge

Modified and unmodified copies of the plugin may be distributed free of charge. Each distributed copy must include this complete license text and the copyright notice. Changes to the plugin must be clearly identified as such.

Persons who lawfully obtain a copy in this manner may use the plugin in accordance with this license. Sublicensing under different terms is not permitted.

4. Prohibition on Commercial Distribution

The plugin and any modified versions based on it may not be distributed to third parties in exchange for payment or any other form of economic consideration. This prohibition specifically includes sale, rental, sublicensing for a fee, and inclusion as a required component of a software package provided for a fee.

Compensation for standalone installation, configuration, maintenance, or consulting services does not constitute payment for distribution, provided that the respective customer is already authorized to use the plugin and the service provider does not provide the customer with an additional plugin license.

5. Third-Party Rights and Additional Services

This license covers only those rights that the copyright holder of the plugin is authorized to grant. The respective license terms of third-party components included in the plugin apply.

This license does not confer any right to support, updates, or the use of a separately offered CDN service. Such services may be subject to separate agreements.

6. Warranty and Statutory Rights

The copyright holder makes no warranty regarding any features or suitability of the plugin that have not been expressly promised. Statutory warranty and liability claims, as well as other mandatory statutory rights, remain unaffected.
