Setting Up an Email Account in an Email Client

Setup in Microsoft Outlook

Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer and navigate to the settings.

Use the Add Email Account button to add a new mailbox.

In the window that appears, enter the full email address you want to use to send and receive emails in the future.

Select the supported IMAP protocol from the list if you want to synchronize your emails centrally on the server.

In the next step, enter your login credentials, consisting of your username (full email address) and password.

Use imap.creoline.com as the incoming mail server and smtp.creoline.com as the outgoing mail server. Confirm your entries by clicking the Add Account button.

Once the account has been successfully added, click the Done button to go to the Microsoft Outlook inbox. Use the Add Another Account button to set up additional email accounts in Microsoft Outlook.

The newly added mailbox will then appear in the sidebar in Microsoft Outlook.

Setup in Mozilla Thunderbird

Launch Mozilla Thunderbird on your computer and navigate to the menu item Preferences → Account Settings.

You can create a new email account via Account Actions → Add Email Account.

Enter your full name, email address, and password in the form, then confirm your entries by clicking the Next button.

If you have enabled the Autodiscover service in the Email Protection settings, click Submit to automatically retrieve the server information.

If the option to automatically detect server information is not available, please use the following login credentials:

Then click Done to complete the setup of your email account.

The newly added email account will then appear in the main window of Mozilla Thunderbird.

Setup in Apple Mail

Launch Apple Mail on your Mac and navigate to Preferences → Accounts.

Use the + icon in the lower-left corner to add a new email account. Select the Other Mail Account option to set up an IMAP or POP3 connection.

Enter your full name, email address, and password, then confirm your entries by clicking the Sign In button.

Select IMAP or POP as the account type, and enter imap.creoline.com as the server for incoming email and smtp.creoline.com as the server for outgoing email. Then confirm your entries by clicking Sign In.

If you’d like to sync Apple Notes through this mailbox in addition to your emails, you can also enable Notes in the following window.

After you have successfully set up the email account, the mailbox will appear in the left sidebar of Apple Mail.

Setup in Apple iOS

Launch the Settings app on your iPhone and navigate to Mail → Accounts → Add Account.

Select the Other → Add Mail Account option to add the email account as an IMAP or POP3 mailbox.

Next, enter your full name, email address, and password, then confirm your entries by clicking the Next button.

Using the IMAP or POP tabs, you can choose whether to configure the mailbox as an IMAP or POP mailbox.

Then fill in the missing server information:

Then confirm your entries by clicking the Next button.

If you’d like to sync your Apple Notes along with your emails through this mailbox, enable the Notes option and confirm the account setup by tapping the Save button.

Your email account has been successfully added and can be used on your iPhone to send and receive emails.
