User Management

First, log in to the Customer Center at account.creoline.com using your login credentials.

Overview

Navigate to the “Storage Box” menu item in the left-hand navigation bar and select the Storage Box you want to manage.

Use the Create User button to create a new user for external access via FTP, FTPS, or SFTP.

Field	Description
Username	The username must consist only of letters a-z and numbers
Password	Enter a secure password or use the "Generate Password" feature.
Home Directory	The home directory for the user
Comment	An internal comment
Save Password	Enable this option to retrieve the password at a later time.
