User administration

First log in to the customer center at account.creoline.com with your access data.

Overview

Navigate to the Storage Box menu item in the left-hand navigation bar and select the Storage Box you wish to manage.

You can create a new user for external access via FTP, FTPS or SFTP using the Create user button.

Field	Description
User name	The user name may only consist of the characters a-z and numbers
Password	Enter a secure password or use the "Generate password" function.
Root directory	The root directory for the user
Comment	An internal comment
Save password	Activate this option to be able to read the password at a later time.
