Cancel domain

If a domain is no longer required, it can be canceled directly via our Customer Center. The domain will then no longer be automatically renewed at the end of the contract term. Alternatively, the domain can also be canceled immediately.

Execute termination

To cancel your domain, log in to the Customer Center at account.creoline.com and then navigate to Domains → Portfolio. Then select the domain to be canceled from the overview.

You can then select Cancel domain in the top right-hand corner of the settings to set the cancellation date.

If the termination is to be carried out at the end of the current contract term, you do not need to adjust the execution time. If the termination is to be carried out immediately, you can select this under Execution time.

Please then enter the exact domain name for confirmation. If you would like to receive an auth code by e-mail after the cancellation, you can leave the option Generate auth code and send by e-mail activated.
