Register domain

Register domain

To register a new domain, you must first check the availability of the domain. To do this, log in to the Customer Center at account.creoline.com with your access data.

Once you have successfully logged in to the Customer Center, select the menu item Domains → Register in the sidebar.

To check the availability of your desired domain, enter the domain in the input field and confirm your entries by clicking the Check availability button.

In addition to your exact search result, you can also view the availability of similar domains. You can view a complete price list for all domain endings in the menu item Price list.

Register an available domain

After the availability check, select the Register button.

Transferring an existing domain

If you are the owner of the desired domain, you can transfer the domain to creoline using the Transfer button.

To register a new domain or transfer an existing domain, you must create a domain contact who will be the legal owner (Owner-C) of the domain.

If the previous provider only wants to provide the Auth-Code on the basis of a written notice of termination or a transfer request, you will find a ready-made form here:

When transferring existing domains, please ensure that the corresponding DNS zone is created and configured accordingly before the transfer. You can use the DNS zone import & export to easily transfer all entries: https://help.creoline.com/en/doc/import-export-qqFF9Ro3Ur
