User administration
First log in to the customer center at account.creoline.com with your access data.
Overview
Navigate to the Storage Box menu item in the left-hand navigation bar and select the Storage Box you wish to manage.
Create user
You can create a new user for external access via FTP, FTPS or SFTP using the Create user button.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| User name | The user name may only consist of the characters a-z and numbers |
| Password | Enter a secure password or use the "Generate password" function. |
| Root directory | The root directory for the user |
| Comment | An internal comment |
| Save password | Activate this option to be able to read the password at a later time. |
