Remove certificate

If you want to remove a certificate because it is either no longer in use or has already expired, you can select the Remove certificate setting.

Remove certificate

To remove an existing certificate, navigate to the Certificates menu item and select the certificate to be removed.

Please note that the certificate does not automatically lose its validity when it is removed. If the certificate is also to be revoked, the certificate must be revoked before.

Select the menu item Settings → Remove certificate in the top right-hand area.

Confirm your action by clicking on the button Remove certificate irrevocably.

Attention: The removal of certificates cannot be revoked.
