IP assignment

Plesk International GmbH regularly checks the use of a Plesk license. To prevent misuse of a Plesk license, we use the IP binding provided by Plesk International GmbH to permanently bind a Plesk license to an IP address.



Change IP assignment

To change the IP address of a Plesk license, first log in to the Customer Center at account.creoline.com with your access data. Then select the Plesk licenses menu item from the navigation bar. Select the Plesk license for which you want to change the IP assignment.


Select the Change IP address button to change the assigned IP address.



Then enter the new IPv4 or IPv6 address and save the changes. As soon as the changes have been successfully saved, you can install the Plesk license on the new server or adjust the IP address of the existing server.
