User Management
First, log in to the Customer Center at account.creoline.com using your login credentials.
Overview
Navigate to the “Storage Box” menu item in the left-hand navigation bar and select the Storage Box you want to manage.
Create User
Use the Create User button to create a new user for external access via FTP, FTPS, or SFTP.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Username | The username must consist only of letters a-z and numbers |
| Password | Enter a secure password or use the "Generate Password" feature. |
| Home Directory | The home directory for the user |
| Comment | An internal comment |
| Save Password | Enable this option to retrieve the password at a later time. |
